Gardena Water Control Flex

For automatic irrigation on balcony and terrace.

The GARDENA Water Control Flex allows you to irrigate your plants on the balcony or terrace flexibly and automatically, even when you are not at home.
You connect the Water Control directly to the water tap and attach a garden hose to the water outlet. With the help of the innovative, external control dial and the press button you can set the start, length and interval of the irrigation via the easy-to-read LCD screen.

The weather-resistant and battery-operated control unit is even detachable. Since potted plants in particular have a limited soil volume due to their planters, they need short irrigation cycles.

That's why the Water Control Flex is ideal in combination with the GARDENA Micro-Drip System for efficient drip irrigation.

With the Water Now function you can draw water from the tap quickly and easily without having to remove the control unit. The Safe Water Stop Technology ensures that the next scheduled irrigation is not started when battery power is low. This function protects you from uncontrolled water leakage. The battery level can be read on the LCD screen at any time. If you want to save water in the long term, you can connect the separately available GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor directly to the garden irrigation system. The sensor detects whether the soil is still moist enough, so that a planned watering is not started, if it not necessary. Water Control Flex is a quality product made in Germany.

All standard deliveries will be completed within 3-5 working days via our own delivery service, any delay to this delivery time, the customer will be notified by our warehouse.

We will contact you to arrange a delivery date delivery’s are between Monday and Friday.

  • In-Store delivery charge will vary compared with online, in-store delivery charge is done on a case by case basis
  • Local delivery is within 20 miles of any Blackbrooks Garden Centre store qualify for free delivery

Furniture & Large Items

Furniture orders outside our free delivery zones will be delivered to you via a specialist pallet service in conjunction with Blackbrooks Garden Centre. Please allow 5-7 days for this service. The courier will contact customer before delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Faulty Goods

If you discover the goods are faulty, you must notify us of the defect within seven days of the date of delivery. We may inspect the goods by asking you to send the goods to us as soon as possible.

If we agree with you that the goods are faulty, and that the fault was not caused by Your neglect or misuse of the goods, we will, at your choice replace, refund or repair (if possible under warranty ) the faulty goods at no cost to you. We will refund any reasonable costs you prove that you have incurred in returning the faulty goods to us. We recommend that you keep postal receipts for this purpose.

Incorrect Goods

If we send you incorrect goods, you must notify us as soon as you discover the mistake and within a 7 days.

We will either:

  • arrange for a carrier to collect the goods from you.or
  • ask You to return the goods to us by post.

We will then:

  • send You the correct items as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods; or
  • refund the price of the goods and delivery

Cancellation

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods within seven working days of delivery of the goods to you.

The ability to cancel orders does not apply to goods which have been worn, washed and/or otherwise used.

To cancel your order you can email us at enquiries@blackbrooks.co.uk with your instructions, entering the words ‘order cancel’ in the subject title quoting your order number. You must return the goods to us in their original packaging, quoting the order number. We advise that you return any goods using a signed for postal service in order to ensure a safe return.

We will only refund the purchase price if we have received payment of the price, when we have received the goods from you in an undamaged state.

Returns will be at your cost.
